Jessica Weaver currently serves the Connecticut Office of the State Treasurer as a Corporate Governance Analyst. She has served the Office of the State Treasurer in various corporate governance capacities since 2017 under three different Treasurers. Her background lies at the crux of public policy and ESG investing with a storied history in a variety of governmental offices including the Congressman John Larson’s Office, the CT Commission on Women, Children and Seniors, and the CT 2Gen Anti-Poverty Program. She currently leads the Office of the State Treasurer’s corporate governance efforts including shareholder engagement, ESG integration among mangers, and proxy voting. In her spare time, Jessica serves on her hometown Board of Education as the youngest elected official ever in her town. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and MPP from the University of Connecticut.
