Radhika Kanaskar graduated from UConn in December 2018 as an honors student, earning a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). In 2019, she joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston as a Systems Administrator and, by 2021, established her role as the Sustainability Program Lead within the Real Estate Services Group. In this capacity, she serves as the organization’s expert in environmental stewardship, contributing to operational green building projects and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Since 2020, she has been pursuing a part-time master’s degree in sustainability at Harvard University Extension School, focusing on sustainable cities and communities, as well as corporate sustainability and innovation. Passionate about empowering others to drive impactful change, she shares her expertise with small businesses and individuals through her LLC, Champions of the World.
