Margo Bailey is the Corporate Citizenship Manager for Pratt & Whitney, overseeing the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, including charitable giving and employee volunteerism. Before joining Pratt & Whitney, Margo oversaw community relations at the United Nations Association of Greater Boston, an independent nonprofit and chapter of UNA-USA. In this capacity, Margo worked extensively to increase awareness of the UN Sustainable Development Goals in the Greater Boston community, including incorporating them into curriculum for students. Prior to this, Margo also worked with LEGO and the LEGO Foundation. She began her career in business, graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in marketing and a minor in Spanish and international relations. In 2018, she completed her master’s in international management at IE Business School as a Fulbright Scholar. Margo is passionate about harnessing the power of business to solve societal and environmental problems and is an enthusiastic B Corp supporter. She also enjoys traveling, learning new languages, and hiking with her dog.
